The Free plan costs $0 and needs no card: 3 invoices a month, PDF export, and static QR codes. Solo is $3.50 a month for unlimited invoices, saved clients, and repointable QR codes. Pro is $7 a month and adds a team, recurring invoices, and a scan-to-pay QR code on every invoice. Both paid plans can be billed annually for 10% off.
Yes. The Free plan is permanent, not a trial, and does not ask for a card. It is capped at 3 invoices per month and 3 PDF jobs per day.
Every invoice exports to a PDF you can download or email. It shows PAID or UNPAID, your "from" details, and how to pay you. On a paid plan the PDF carries your name and logo instead of ours.

Yes. Billing runs through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free.
See the Refund Policy below — in short, cancel any time and keep access until the period you already paid for ends; if you were charged in error or by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Invoqify is operated by Mcdigit Hub ("we", "us"). By using Invoqify you agree to these terms.
Invoqify is provided as a web-based service on a subscription basis (Free, Solo, or Pro). You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, client details, and other content you create with it. Don't use Invoqify to send fraudulent invoices, impersonate someone else, or break the law.
The Free plan is capped at 3 invoices a month and 3 PDF jobs a day; paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Lemon Squeezy. We can change these limits or plan features going forward, and we'll aim to give notice of anything that meaningfully reduces what a paid plan already includes.
We aim to keep Invoqify available and your data intact, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime. Export or download anything you need to keep — invoices as PDFs, for instance — since we're not a substitute for your own records.
We collect what's needed to run the service: your account details (name, email), the invoices and client information you enter, and QR code destinations. QR code scans are logged with a hashed IP address, country, and device type — never the raw IP or anything that identifies the person scanning.
Payment is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record — we never see or store your card details.
We don't sell your data. We use it to operate Invoqify, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. Email info@invoqify.com to request a copy of your data or to have your account deleted.
You can cancel a paid plan any time; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free — we don't refund the unused portion of a period you cancel partway through.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or a renewal took you by surprise, email info@invoqify.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
