Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026

Invoqify is operated by Mcdigit Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Invoqify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Invoqify is a web-based service for creating and sending invoices, making QR codes, and running PDF tools. Some features are free, and paid plans add more. The current limits for each plan are listed in the pricing section of our homepage. We may change plan features and limits over time. If a change meaningfully reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll give notice before it takes effect.

Your account

  • You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password, or your Google sign-in, secure.
  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18, or have authority to act for the business you're signing up for.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Taxes are added where they apply.

Refunds

We don't refund the unused part of a billing period when you cancel partway through. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or a renewal caught you by surprise, email info@invoqify.com within 14 days of the charge, and we'll refund it.

Your content

You own the invoices, client details, QR code destinations, and files you put into Invoqify. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for making sure your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it, including client details and files that belong to someone else.

Invoices you create are your own documents. Invoqify is software for producing them, not a substitute for your own records or for professional tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Invoqify to:

  • send fraudulent invoices, impersonate someone, or request payments you aren't owed
  • create QR codes that link to malware, phishing pages, or content that's unlawful
  • upload files you don't have the right to process, or files containing malware
  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights
  • attack, probe, overload, or scrape the service, or work around its limits (for example by creating many accounts to get more free use)

We may remove content, disable QR codes, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

QR codes

A dynamic QR code sends people through a redirect we run, so that the destination can change without reprinting the code. If a destination breaks these terms or the law, we may stop the redirect. Once a code is printed or shared, anyone who scans it can reach the destination it points to, so check the link before you print.

PDF tools

Files you upload are processed on our servers, and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Download anything you need to keep. Invoqify is not a backup service.

The service is provided as is

We work to keep Invoqify available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as invoices you've sent.

Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of Invoqify. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Invoqify at any time by cancelling your plan and, if you want, deleting your account. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms, with notice where we can. Sections about refunds, your content, liability, and anything that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Invoqify after a change means you accept the new terms.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
