What if I forget the password afterward?
There's no recovery for a password you've forgotten, it locks the file the same way any password-protected PDF works. Keep a copy of it somewhere safe.
Does everyone need the same password, or can I set different access levels?
This sets one password required to open the file. It doesn't create separate permission levels for different people.
